DAO Consultants, Inc. was formed in 1989 by Duy (Zwee) Dao. P.E. when he brought together a diverse group of registered engineers, design professionals, and administrative support staff dedicated to professional excellence. Today, our firm offers consulting services in Civil and Structural Engineering for both residential and commercial clients, with special emphasis on stormwater management and utilities services permitting.
